Brandon Pfeffer

Brandon Pfeffer, CMA has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, capital markets, business advisory, and asset management. Brandon began their career in 1997 at Mirant Corporation as an Assistant Controller and Senior Associate in Finance, Structuring and Asset Management. In 2002, they joined Deloitte as a Manager in Capital Markets and Business Advisory, where they provided strategic financial advisory, IPO advisory, and M&A structuring services. In 2004, they became a Consultant at Highstar Capital, developing and implementing strategic plans that improved profitability of portfolio companies by over 25%. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Overseas Shipholding Group as a Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis and M&A, managing the development of global financial reporting, quarterly forecasts and budgets, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Brandon then joined CIT in 2010 as a Vice President in Treasury and Capital Strategy, providing strategic guidance for capital financing options for the company’s 5 business units. In 2011, they moved to Covanta as a Manager in Finance and Strategy, providing strategic financial guidance to business unit heads and developing an innovative treasury and capital management model. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Vice President and Senior Advisor at Winston Enterprises LLC, providing consulting services to software, SaaS, AI, B2B, technology, pharmaceutical, defense, engineering, energy, telecom, financial and private equity sector firms. Most recently, they were a Director at QOMPLX Inc., directing all of the firm’s corporate finance, treasury, accounting, accounts payable, T&E and vendor management functions. Brandon is currently a Director at Navigate360, directing all of the firm's corporate FP&A, finance, budgeting, forecasting and reporting functions.

Brandon Pfeffer, CMA obtained their Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University. Brandon then went on to earn their Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, where they focused on Finance & Strategy. In 2017, they obtained their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA®. Brandon also holds the Leadership Pewter Level certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
