Ed Tomczuk has an extensive career in finance. Ed began their career in 1992 as a Staff Accountant at BOC UK & Ireland. Ed then moved on to J.D. Edwards, where they held the roles of Financial Analyst, Accounting Supervisor, and Finance Manager from 1995 to 2000. In 2000, they became Controller at Pitney Bowes docSense. In 2005, they became Corporate Controller at Apropos Technology, which was later acquired by Syntellect. In 2006, they became Vice President of Finance at SmartSignal Corporation, which was later sold to GE. From 2011 to 2015, they held the role of Finance Manager at GE Industrial Data Intelligence, where they successfully completed the conversion of NetSuite to SAP and the implementation of SAP's project tracking module. Ed then moved on to Microsystems, where they held the role of Vice President of Finance and Administration from 2015 to 2016. Ed then became Chief Financial Officer at Litera Microsystems, where they acquired and integrated Allegory, Bestpractix, Best Authority, and Foundation Software acquisitions in 2020 and Workshare and Doxly in 2019. In 2021, they became Chief Financial Officer at Worksoft, and in 2022 they became Chief Financial Officer at Navigate360, where they are currently employed.

Ed Tomczuk obtained a BS in Business Administration from Governors State University in 1991, with an Accounting Concentration. Ed also holds a CPA certification from Illinois.
