Joanna Lucas began their career in 2007 as a Main Receptionist and Switchboard Operator at Malone University. In 2012, they joined Concept Services as a Business Development Manager, and was promoted to Account Manager in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Navigate360 as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and subsequently held positions as a Customer Success Manager, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive. In their role as Account Executive, they helped partner Concept Services with the Sales Forces of a large Account base within the material handling and construction industries.
Joanna Lucas completed their Bachelor's of Arts in Spanish, Business Administration, and Finance from Malone University between 2007 and 2011. Joanna also studied Accounting and Spanish at Universidad Veracruzana in 2009 and Intensive Spanish at Universidad Internacional in 2008. In addition to their degree, Lucas has obtained various certifications, including Certified Customer Success Manager from The Success League in 2020, Persuasive Selling and The Science of Sales from LinkedIn in 2019, Communication Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019, Soft Skills for Sales Professionals from LinkedIn in 2019, Solution Selling from LinkedIn in 2019, Selling with Stories, Part 1: What Makes a Great Story? from LinkedIn in 2019, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in 2019, ALICE Certified Instructor from ALICE Training Institute, and Bronze Certification from Sandler Training.
