Lorena Noya has over 20 years of experience in the design industry. Lorena began their career in 2000 as a Graphic Designer for IC Intracom, where they created concepts and layouts of catalogs and packaging in different languages, converted product images into vector illustrations, and created trade show materials. In 2002, they joined Faircount Media Group as a Graphic Designer and later as a Senior Graphic Designer. During their time at Faircount, they designed custom magazines with high-quality content in specific areas of professional expertise, primarily in the fields of military/defense, government and particular industry sectors. Lorena also consulted with clients and advertisers to recommend the freshest and most appealing approach to design themes that captured the character, essence, and style of their organization. In 2014, they joined Purchasing Services Inc. as a Communications Specialist, where they were responsible for implementing the design, layout and production of multi-page print and electronic brochures, flyers, e-mail campaigns, digital flipbooks, e-newsletter, custom design proposals and presentations and other marketing deliverables. Lorena also provided creative direction for the development of future projects and updated and maintained corporate and subsidiary websites. In 2015, they joined Proforma as a Creative Lead, where they created, managed and executed print, web, email, and multimedia projects to increase B2B engagement, lead generation and brand awareness for a network of 600+ franchise owners. Lorena also created, designed, and executed e-mail and drip campaigns, redesigned, updated and maintained onlyproforma.com, and created and designed lead generation campaigns via paid social media advertising, sponsored content in industry publications (print and online), and email campaigns. In 2021, they joined Navigate360 as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they design collaterals, digital assets, and all aspects of the creative process from user research to physical prototyping. Lorena also develops, designs, and creates concepts to give life to advertising and marketing campaigns that directly connect with Navigate360 customers, and assists the Director of Digital Marketing & Creative or senior-level marketing members with multiple aspects of the design process.

Lorena Noya's education history includes a degree in Communications from Universidad Nur, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999, and a degree in Multimedia Design from the International Academy of Design, which they obtained between 2000 and 2002. Lorena also holds a variety of certifications in web design, video and sound editing, animation, graphic design, CSS3, HTML5, and interactivity with JavaScript.
