Maxwell Hitchcock has worked in the field of customer success, operations, sales and marketing, and public relations since 2013. Maxwell began their career as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at University Hospitals in 2013. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at SureCare Orthopedic Supply in various roles, including Operations Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Social Media Marketing Manager. In 2018, they began working at Oxford Global Resources as an Account Manager. Since 2020, they have been employed at Navigate360, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager - Mid-Market, and Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
