Joe Hobson has over 20 years of professional experience. Joe began their career in 1998 as a Webmaster at York Publishing. In 2000, they moved to the Butte County Office of Education, where they served as Web Applications Manager. In 2005, they founded Navigation North and has been the President ever since.
Joe Hobson attended the University of Southern California from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Television Production.
