Stephen Lee

EVP Engineering and Construction at Navigator CO2

Stephen Lee has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Their most recent role is as EVP Engineering and Construction at Navigator CO2 Ventures since January 2022. Prior to that, they were SVP Engineering and Construction at Navigator Energy Services starting in March 2019. From January 2018 to March 2019, Stephen served as SVP of Engineering and Operations at Robertson Midstream. Stephen also worked at Plains All American as Director of Special Projects from 2012 to 2017, and at Southern Union - FGT as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Stephen held positions at CROSSTEX ENERGY as a System Engineer from 2007 to 2009, at Williams as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2007, and at Duke Energy - Texas Eastern as a Division Engineer from 2001 to 2005. Stephen Lee earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they studied Systems Engineering at the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 1996 to 1999. Stephen also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Global Energy Management from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, although the specific years of attendance are not provided.
