Leszek Groll

Leszek Groll is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the shipping industry. Currently serving as Marine Safety Quality Manager at Navigator Gas since April 2022, Groll has previously held significant positions including LNG Fuelled Vessel Project Manager at MSC Cruises and Marine Assurance & Vetting Manager at Navigator Gas. With a background in fleet management and technical expertise gained from roles at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement, Groll also has operational experience from earlier positions as Master Mariner and Officer-On-Watch. Groll holds an Executive MBA from GFKM, accredited by Erasmus/Rotterdam, and a Master’s Degree from Gdynia Maritime University.
