Mary McDermott

Mary McDermott has a strong background in human resources. Mary served as the Head of HR at Navigator Gas since 2022, and prior to that, they were the HR Manager at the same company from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Navigator Gas, Mary worked at Micro Focus for 8 years, where they held the role of HR Business Partner for the UK and Ireland from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, they served as an Operations and HR Administrator at Micro Focus from 2010 to 2012.

Mary McDermott has a diverse education background. Mary first attended the University of Bedfordshire from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology. Following this, they enrolled in Belfast Metropolitan College from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a course in IATI (Institute of Accounting Technicians Ireland) - Accounting Technician.
