Deborah Adler

Deborah Adler has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Deborah is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Navigator Healthcare Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Health Care Consultant at Transformation Health Resources, LLC starting from March 2018. Before that, they held the position of SVP, Network & Quality at Talkspace - Online Therapy from March 2018 to May 2021. Deborah has also worked at Optum as SVP, Network Strategy from December 2008 to March 2018. Deborah began their career at ValueOptions, where they served in various roles including EVP, National Networks from July 2003 to November 2008, COO Health Plan Division from January 2002 to June 2003, and Senior Vice President, Quality Management from September 2000 to December 2001.

Deborah Adler obtained a Master's degree in Educational Psychology & Evaluation with a concentration in statistics from The Catholic University of America from 1982 to 1983.
