Colin MacDonald currently serves as Chair and Member of the Board of Directors at Stella's Place, an organization dedicated to supporting young adults in Toronto facing mental health challenges. Since July 2013, Colin has been the Managing Principal at Navigator Ltd., after holding various roles including Principal and Senior Consultant. Colin's prior experience includes serving as Senior Policy Advisor within the Government of Ontario, advising multiple Ministers on policy development and oversight from May 2010 to June 2013. Earlier, Colin held several positions as a policy advisor for different ministers from August 2008 to January 2010. Colin also worked as a Trip Leader at Wilderness Tours from 1999 to 2006 and as a Research Analyst at Jane's Information Group in 2004-2005. Colin holds an M.A. in Political Science from Western University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Guelph.
