Nicki Taylor MSc CMgr MCMI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Senior People & OD Manager at NAViGO since March 2023, Nicki has previously held significant roles such as Director of Estates at Harbour Learning Trust and Board Trustee at ACORN MULTI ACADEMY TRUST (now EPWORTH TRUST). Prior experience includes Operations Manager (Secondaries) at David Ross Education Trust, Executive Assistant Office Manager within the NHS, and Legal Executive at Bates and Mountain Solicitors. Nicki holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership from Loughborough University.

We’re an award-winning social enterprise that provides mental health services to the NHS and beyond across North East Lincolnshire. The whole basis of our work is to ‘deliver services that we would be happy for our own family to use’. We offer a range of mental health services, including acute and community facilities - as well as specialist support such as older adult’s inpatient services; rehabilitation and recovery; community mental health; and an outstanding specialist eating disorder facility. We even own a garden centre. That’s right - we’ve developed income-generating, commercially-viable businesses that provide training, education and employment opportunities including Grimsby Garden Centre and two cafes.
