Emma Wikefeldt has a diverse work experience with a range of roles in different companies across various industries. Emma began their career as a Simulator Pilot at Naviair in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Emma then joined Waltair Europe AB as a First Officer and Operations Officer from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, Emma worked as a Marketing Manager at Add Nutrition AB and later as the Head of Communications at Merithon. Emma then joined Bambora in 2016, where they worked as a Risk, Fraud, and Chargeback Intern, as well as a Customer Experience Summer Intern. Emma also worked at House of Radon as a Project Manager in 2017 and at TechBuddy as a Marketing Manager from 2017 to 2018. Emma then joined Beet as a Client Manager and later as a Team Lead from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, Emma worked as a Marketing Manager at Intro | Tech-rekrytering som fungerar before joining Navigraph in 2022 as a Growth Manager.
Emma Wikefeldt completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, which they attended from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the Oxford Aviation Academy in 2010, where they earned their MCC certification. In 2009 to 2010, they studied at the Scandinavian Aviation Academy, where they completed their ATPL Theory and ME/IR Modular training. Emma also attended the Scandinavian Aviation Academy from 2004 to 2006, where they earned their Integrated CPL degree.

The aim for Navigraph is to provide the international flight simulation community with tools and software like those available to the aviation industry. Navigraph was founded in Sweden in August 2003. Navigraph currently has 800 000 active users and continues to grow steadily.
