Samit Deb is currently the Co-Founder & Chief of People Success at Navikenz, an AI/ML services firm focused on enabling the future of businesses with AI solutions. Prior to this, Samit held leadership roles in HR at companies such as airtel, Birlasoft, Kronos, and Infosys, where Samit managed global HR functions and implemented various HR strategies. Samit's educational background includes an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, an executive program in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.
