Siddharth Shah

Siddharth Shah is an accomplished professional in the data and AI fields, currently serving as the Chief of Data and AI at Navikenz since September 2025 and as a Member of the AIM Leaders Council since November 2022. Siddharth previously held the position of Chief Data Officer at AIonOS from April 2024 to September 2025 and led data monetization efforts at Airtel Digital as the Head of Data Monetisation + CLM Platform from January 2020 to April 2024, overseeing a range of data products and analytics initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company, Coach, and Mu Sigma, where Siddharth managed analytics engagements, developed pricing strategies, and led analytics teams. Educational credentials include an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech from DA-IICT.
