Ryan Ross

Mr. Ross has over 10 years of private equity investing experience. Prior to joining NaviMed Capital, Mr. Ross was an Associate at Capitala Group, a provider of capital to lower and traditional middle-market companies through its family of funds.

Throughout his career, he has supported the origination and execution of over 20 investments, including control equity, minority equity, and subordinated debt from issuers across several industries, in transactions such as leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, add-on acquisitions, and growth financings.

Mr. Ross has worked on transactions in healthcare providers, payor services, medical products, and outsourced pharmaceutical services, among others. Mr. Ross currently serves on the Board of Directors of Advantage Wound & Surgical Care, The CM Group, and Lighthouse Lab Services. He previously served as a board member of NaviMed’s exited investment in Velocity Clinical Research and a Board Observer for OPN Healthcare and previously at NaviMed’s exited investment in CenterPointe Behavioral Health System.

Mr. Ross holds a BS in Finance from East Carolina University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
