Robert Hoehne

Rob Hoehne brings deep experience in project, change and system management. He is an accomplished leader, overseeing multiple MEDITECH implementation projects. He has also led a number of process improvement, strategic planning, and optimization initiatives at a variety of healthcare organizations. Rob’s expertise is managing projects at large multi-facility organizations. He has a proven track record of user adoption, reduction in paper and increased revenue, as well as increased efficiencies in complex clinical settings. He is an industry leader in physician adoption, specializing in physician documentation/dictation and medication management. Prior to joining Navin Haffty, Rob was a Program Manager for a large healthcare organization in Colorado.

Rob comes to healthcare from the software vendor environment, where he managed product installations. Rob holds a B.S. from Suffolk University, Boston, MA.
