Hila Dalal Shemesh

Hila Dalal Shemesh has gained extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Hila is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Navina since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at JFrog as a Controller from an unspecified date in 2021 until an unspecified date in 2022. Before JFrog, they held the position of Controller at Vdoo - A JFrog Company from 2020 to 2021. At Vdoo, they were responsible for global accounting and operating activities, as well as preparing reports for investors and the Board of Directors. From 2018 to 2020, Hila worked as a Controller at AppsFlyer, where they led the implementation of new accounting procedures and managed budget controls. Earlier in their career, they served as a Manager at EY from 2014 to 2018, overseeing audits and financial statements for various companies in the High-Tech industry. Hila also worked as an Associate at PwC Israel in 2014 and as an Associate at Shimonov & Co. Law Firm from 2012 to 2013, where they were involved in preparing IPOs and performing Due Diligence. Hila's first professional experience was as a Control and Monitoring NCO in the IDF from 2006 to 2008.

Hila Dalal Shemesh completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and accounting degree from Tel Aviv University, where they studied law and accounting from 2008 to 2012. Hila obtained their Advocate certification from the Israeli Ministry of Justice in December 2013. In January 2016, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Israeli Ministry of Justice. Additionally, they completed professional training programs in corporate and commercial contracts and labor law from the Israeli Bar Association in 2016.
