Karin Saar has held a variety of roles in their professional career. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Product and Senior Product Manager at Navina. From 2018 to 2021, they were Senior Product Manager at Soluto, where they were focused on the user experience, creating great experiences and relying on data to achieve goals. From 2015 to 2018, they were Product Manager at Payoneer, where they were responsible for the product life cycle from strategic planning to launch. From 2014 to 2015, they were System Analyst at 888holdings, where they analyzed, designed and documented system specifications and business requirements. From 2012 to 2014, they were Team Lead at Mamram, Shoam - IDF, where they planned, analyzed and prioritized the product requirements. From 2009 to 2012, they held the roles of Programming Course Commander and Instruction Development Team Leader at Basmach, IDF. Finally, from 2007 to 2009, they were Programming Course Instructor at Basmach, IDF.

Karin Saar attended The Open University of Israel from 2014 to 2017, studying Psychology. Karin also attended Mamram - Computer Academy of IDF from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Programmer certification.
