Subham Basu

Subham Basu has extensive experience in the field of oncology and biomedical sciences. They have held various leadership positions in multiple companies, including Navinci Diagnostics, where they currently serve as the Chief Business Officer. Prior to this, they worked at Abcam as the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy, Immuno-oncology and Oncology, and as the Director of Strategy, Immuno-oncology. Their responsibilities included developing and directing commercial strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring researchers have access to the best tools and solutions for their immuno-oncology advancements.

Subham also served as the Head of Strategy at Inflection Point Biomedical Advisors, where they focused on oncology and platform technology. They have previous experience working with companies such as AstraZeneca, Shire, Baxalta, Baxter International Inc., and Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, where they held various medical and clinical roles supporting oncology products and services.

Throughout their career, Subham has demonstrated expertise in developing brand strategies, leading cross-functional engagements, obtaining HTA approvals, and collaborating with global teams. They have a strong background in clinical and biomedical sciences, with a focus on oncology and DNA damage repair pathway franchise.

Subham Basu completed a Mergers & Acquisitions Program at the Imperial College Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology from Cornell University from 1993 to 1999. Subham completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a BA in Neuroscience Field Major from 1987 to 1991. Their education journey began at Stuyvesant High School, where they completed their high school education from 1983 to 1987.
