Chaunda Graham

Chaunda Graham has worked in various roles throughout their career. Chaunda started as the Director of Social Services at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. in 2006, where they stayed until 2010. Chaunda then moved on to the North Carolina Department of Social Services, where they worked as a Social Worker 3 from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Foothills Care Inc. as a Team Leader/Social Work Supervisor from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Genesis as the Director of Social Services until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Asbury Place At Maryville as an Admissions Coordinator and then as a Social Services/Discharge Planner. Currently, they are employed at Navion Senior Living, where they have held the roles of Executive Director from 2020 to 2023, Area Director Of Operations from 2021 to 2023, and currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations.

Chaunda Graham obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they acquired a certification in Residential Group Care/Assisted Living Administrator from the State of Tennessee in September 2018.
