Alison Picot has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 1995, they started as an Emergency Trauma Team RN at Detroit Medical Center, where they held the charge nurse position and participated in level I trauma care. Alison then joined Beaumont Health System in 2002 as a Staff RN in the Emergency Department.

In 2003, Alison transitioned to Ascension Crittenton Hospital, where they served as a Quality Nurse Specialist and later became an Education Specialist for Emergency and Critical Care Services at Crittenton Hospital Medical Center. In this role, they worked with various departments to implement effective policies, procedures, and treatment protocols. Alison also played a key role in the design and implementation of an EMR system.

Alison joined William Beaumont Health System in 2003 as an Emergency Room RN and later became an Assistant Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department. Alison Picot attended Michigan State University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nursing with a specialization in Critical Care. It is unclear when they attended TNCC or if they obtained any degree or field of study at that institution.
