Brandon Dilts

Brandon Dilts has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Brandon started their career as a Sales Associate at Zales Jewelers. In 2008, they became a Store Manager at Things Remembered, where they successfully surpassed sales goals and oversaw a team of employees.

Moving into the technology industry, Brandon joined The College Network in 2011 as a Program Advisor, assisting professionals from various fields in obtaining their degrees or certifications. Brandon then transitioned to Advanced Solutions in 2016 as a Technical Sales Representative, where they provided training, consulting, and software development services to manufacturing companies.

In 2017, Brandon ventured into software development, beginning with a Full Stack Software Developer program at The Iron Yard, specializing in React. Brandon subsequently worked as a Software Developer at getSayDo and as a Software Engineer at App Press. Brandon then joined Navion Healthcare Solutions in 2018 as a Software Developer, excelling in back-end feature development using C#, .Net Framework, SQL Server, BizTalk, and Knockout.

Most recently, in 2021, Brandon joined Michigan State University as a Teaching Assistant for a part-time, online software development bootcamp. Brandon taught various development concepts using the JavaScript full stack platform, covering topics such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, node.js, MySQL, Express, MEAN stack, and React.

Throughout their career, Brandon has demonstrated adaptability, expertise in software development, and a passion for teaching and helping others.

Brandon Dilts attended Columbus North High School from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued Academic Honors. Subsequently, they enrolled at Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied Political Science from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the field. In June 2017, Brandon Dilts completed the Web Development Career Path certification program at The Iron Yard.
