Marla Wickens

Marla Wickens is the Director of Quality Services at Navion. Marla has been in this role since March 2001. Prior to that, they were an RN at The Care Group from September 1999 to March 2001. Her responsibilities there included rounding with cardiologists and seeing patients while they were hospitalized. From July 1996 to September 1999, they were an RN at Methodist Hospital. There, they worked in the cardiac medical step-down unit. Marla Wickens is a highly experienced RN with over 25 years of experience in the field.

Marla Wickens has a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Indiana University Bloomington. Marla is certified by the National Association for Healthcare Quality as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).

They are on a team with Theresa Abbott - Controller, Tim Flesch - Manager, Data Analytics, and Eric Kerkhof - Manager, Project Management. Their manager is Kevin Willmann, President.
