Neil Chadala

Neil Chadala is a skilled engineering professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and propulsion systems. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at ND Defense since September 2024, Neil previously held the position of Propulsion Engineer at NauticStar Boats from January 2021 to September 2024, where specialized knowledge and compliance oversight were critical in enhancing product performance and maintaining industry standards. Prior experience includes project engineering at Contract Fabricators Inc., manufacturing engineering at Master-Bilt Products, and customer service management at Super 8. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southwest Mississippi Community College.
