The Project Management team at Navisun is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of solar and storage projects across the United States. This team coordinates resources, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Additionally, they collaborate with various stakeholders—from engineering to finance—to facilitate the successful co-development and operation of commercial and industrial solar initiatives.
