Geoffrey Pacilona

Geoffrey Pacilona started their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Relations Officer at Calamba Medical Center. Geoffrey then became a Customer Relations Manager from April 2014 to September 2015. In 2015, they joined Aruze Gaming as a Game Tester. From January 2016 to October 2018, they worked as a Software Tester Senior Associate at Navitaire, an Amadeus company. Geoffrey was then promoted to Software QA Engineering Analyst and held that position until April 2023. In May 2023, they became a Senior Software QA Engineering Analyst at Navitaire, where they currently work.

Geoffrey Pacilona completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Lyceum of the Philippines University from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including "End-to-End JavaScript Testing with Cypress.io," "Building Relationships While Working from Home," "Interpersonal Communication," "Learning to Say No," "Mistakes You Should Avoid at Work," and "Software Testing Foundations: Test Management" from LinkedIn in February and April 2022.
