Mis Mikaela Lim

Mikaela Lim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mikaela started their career as a Business Analyst at RANDEM GROUP in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Business Analyst at Navitaire, an Amadeus company, starting in 2021. Before transitioning into the business analysis field, they served as a Financial Advisor at Manulife from 2019 to 2023. Mikaela also has experience as a Product Support Specialist at OpenText from 2017 to 2018 and as a Business Analyst at Willis Towers Watson's OneExchange in 2016. With their background in business analysis and financial advisory, Mikaela brings a strong skill set to any organization.

Mikaela Lim holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Mikaela then pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems at Asia Pacific College and is expected to graduate in 2021.

In terms of certifications, Mikaela has obtained the "Agile Requirements Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in February 2021. Mikaela also holds an ITIL certification, acquired in July 2018. Additionally, Mikaela is currently working towards obtaining the Cisco Certified Network Associate - Routing and Switching and Cisco Certified Network Associate - Security certifications. Mikaela is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Mikaela has expressed interest in obtaining the SAP Business One certification, although they have not yet obtained it.
