Hitendra Khemani

Hitendra Khemani is a Mechanical Engineer II at Navitar, Inc. since February 2019, specializing in the design of mechanics for projection and zoom lenses in digital microscopy systems using CAD, performing thermal FEA testing, and developing assembly and testing procedures. Previous experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer Co-op at the Laboratory for Laser Energetics, where design leadership was demonstrated in creating a variable thermal resistance joint, and as a Design Project Member at Carestream, focusing on quality enhancement of digital x-ray screens. Early internships at IHI Corporation and Hitachi involved investigating engineering efficiencies and performance improvements in centrifugal compressors. Hitendra holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
