Eric Mandella

Eric Mandella, CLFP has a solid work experience with various companies, starting from their role as a Program Manager at CIT in 2000. In this position, they managed a team and was responsible for reaching application and funded volume targets and overseeing service-related escalation issues.

In 2008, they joined Navitas Lease Finance Corp as a Sales Manager, where they managed a sales team and cultivated vendor relationships to provide financing to clients. Eric then moved to Balboa Capital in 2014, serving as a Sales Manager responsible for opening and running a branch office and leading a team of inside sales representatives.

In 2016, Eric became the National Sales Director at Marlin Business Services Corp, before transitioning to Navitas Credit Corp in 2017. At Navitas, they started as a Corporate Sales Trainer before progressing to the role of AVP Corporate Operations. Eric is currently the VP of Corporation Operations.

Additionally, Eric serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at CLFP Foundation since January 2023.

Eric Mandella, CLFP completed their education in Business Administration and Management, General at Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities at Quinsigamond Community College from 1995 to 1996.
