Janeen Waddell

Janeen Waddell, CLFP, has a strong background in the equipment finance industry. Janeen started their career at Horizon Keystone Financial, where they held various roles and eventually became a Partner and Executive Vice President. In 2017, Marlin Capital Solutions acquired Horizon Keystone Financial, and Janeen continued their role as Vice President of the Horizon Keystone Financial division. During their time at Marlin, they successfully grew originations by 175% through dynamic and strategic leadership. Currently, Janeen is working at Navitas Credit Corp. as the Vice President of Sales in the Workplace & Energy Division. Janeen'sfocus is on building relationships in the office furniture and HVAC/R industry, providing business owners with affordable payment options to acquire equipment and offering total project financing solutions.

Janeen Waddell, CLFP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998. Janeen also holds a certification in Lease and Finance from the CLFP Foundation, which was obtained in 2021.
