Sean Kanter

Sean Kanter has a strong background in biostatistics, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Sean is currently serving as the Director of Biostatistics at Navitas Life Sciences since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Biostatistics at SDC (Statistics & Data Corporation) from 2021 to 2022, and Associate Director of Biostatistics from 2018 to 2021. Sean also worked as an Associate Director of Biostatistics at Lotus Clinical Research, LLC for a brief period in 2018.

Before joining SDC, Sean worked as a Statistical Scientist at Quintiles from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Biostatistics at inVentiv Health Clinical from 2011 to 2014 and at Theorem Clinical Research from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they also worked as a Consulting Statistician at Atherogenics via Bracy Analytics in 2008.

Prior to their industry experience, Sean worked as a Consulting Biostatistician for their own company from 2005 to 2007. Sean also served in leadership roles at PharmData, where they were the Director of Biostatistics from 2003 to 2005, Manager of Statistical Standards from 2001 to 2003, and Biostatistician from 2000 to 2001.

Sean's career began as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia from 1997 to 1999. Throughout their career, they have proven their expertise in biostatistics, demonstrating management skills and contributing to the success of various organizations.

Sean Kanter obtained a Master of Science degree in Statistics from The University of Georgia. In addition, they earned a SAS Certified Professional V8 certification from SAS in March 2002.
