Nerina Knight

Nerina Knight serves as the Head of Group HR at Navitas since August 2020, where expertise in global People Strategy is evident through initiatives in culture, leadership, and productivity, particularly in areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, talent acquisition, and business analytics. Previously, Nerina held various roles including Senior People & Capability Partner at Ventia Pty Ltd, Director Global Talent Acquisition at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, and HR Director for Australia and New Zealand, showcasing a strong background in HR leadership, change management, and talent development across different organizations. Earlier experiences include positions at Philips Electronics Australia Ltd and PricewaterhouseCoopers, with a focus on learning and performance management. Nerina holds a Masters of Management from Macquarie Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Western Sydney University.
