Koby serves as deputy chairman of Navitas Petroleum and is one its founding partners.

As former Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Infrastructure, Energy & Water, Co-CEO of Delek Energy, Chairman of Delek Drilling and other high level executive positions in public & private entities- Koby holds an extensive experience of more than 20 years in the Israeli and global energy sector.

Koby holds a B.A. in Economics and M.B.A., specialized in finance from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
