Lucy Li

Lucy Li began their work experience at BP (China) Holdings Limited Shanghai Branch in 2007 as an International Mobility Advisor. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Intel as a Staffing Consultant, where they managed the hiring process and developed recruitment strategies. Lucy then joined Cisco Systems as a GC Staffing Team Lead and later became a Talent Acquisition Manager. At Lumileds, they served as the Head of China Talent Acquisition, leading a recruitment team and implementing recruitment programs. In 2019, Lucy co-founded Career Arts Consulting, where they provided career coaching, HR consulting, and talent development services. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources, Asia at Navitas Semiconductor and also previously held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at the company.

Lucy Li completed their Postgraduate degree in Organization & Human Resources Management at The University of Hong Kong from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Shanghai International Studies University. In addition to their degrees, Lucy Li has obtained several certifications, including International Job & Career Transition Coach (IJCTC) from Career Development Network in July 2020, International Career Development Practitioner from the National Career Development Association in January 2020, and Social Talent Black Belt from Social Talent in March 2016. Lucy also holds a certification as a Certified Trainer (L3 Expert) from Points of You®, although the specific details of this certification, such as the obtained month and year, are not provided.
