Ruhui Zhang

Ruhui Zhang is a seasoned PDK/EDA Engineer currently at Navitas Semiconductor since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from March 2013 to April 2021, where Ruhui served as SMTS/manager leading PDK verification, MTS for advanced node PDK development and QA, and Principal Design Enablement Engineer focused on advanced node DRC development and QA. Previous experience at TSMC from September 2009 to March 2013 involved PDK development, including cdslib, DRC, LVS, LE, and automation using Perl and shell scripts. Ruhui's career began as a VLSI Physical Design Engineer at Fortemedia from September 2006 to August 2009, specializing in library characterization and custom layout. Ruhui holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science from Fudan University, completed in 2006.
