Responsibilities at Ingeteam included the design, optimization, testing, and validation of generator components for 2+ megawatt applications, with expertise in large structural weldments, sheet metal components, castings, and precision bearings. Martin also played a key role in implementing AIAG core tools and leading significant generator upgrades and new launches. Prior to these roles, work experience included positions as a Student Worker and assembly roles at Oxbo International Corporation.
