Melissa Ruch has extensive experience in customer experience management and team leadership, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager of Learning and Development at Navitor Inc since October 2011, after holding roles as Customer Experience Manager for Retail and Customer Experience Supervisor for Wholesale. In these positions, Melissa has led a team of 32 agents focused on servicing Wholesale Dealers, overseeing resolution, Help Desk, Chat, and Work Force management. Prior to Navitor, Melissa worked at Midwest Contact Center as a Supervisor, leading a team of 15-22 in customer support for design center kiosks. Additionally, Melissa has been involved in administrative tasks at Ruch Electric, Inc. since May 2000, managing payroll, invoicing, and tax responsibilities. Melissa holds a degree in Nursing from South Central College, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1988.
