Rick Roddis

Rick Roddis is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in strategic leadership, sales, and operational transformation. Currently serving as Business Unit President at Navitor Inc since January 2019, Rick focuses on aligning and growing teams to support both customers and employees. Prior to Navitor, Rick led the creation and launch of a successful online tax processing tool at ComplyRight, Inc., overseeing significant growth within the company. As President of ComplyRight Tax Solutions, Rick managed the transformation of the business from a traditional forms printer to a provider of value-added services, while also consolidating operations and implementing core strategies. Earlier roles include impactful positions at Cosco Industries and Inland Pacific, where Rick drove process improvements and transformed sales approaches. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Grinnell College.
