Amy Ryan Toumbalakis

Amy Ryan Toumbalakis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Enterprise Product Strategy at Navitus Health Solutions, where they are responsible for marketing, corporate communications, and product strategy. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Navitus Health Solutions, leading a team in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies.

Before joining Navitus, Amy worked at Evernorth as the Director of Member Experience Innovation, where they championed new digital solutions to improve consumer engagement and led an enterprise initiative for building digital product and communication experiences.

Amy also held the position of Director of Strategic Planning at Accredo - An Express Scripts Company, where they developed and implemented key business operations and strategic initiatives. Additionally, they were the Product Line Director at Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, leading a team in delivering month-over-month growth through new services and value-add programs.

Earlier in their career, Amy held various roles at Express Scripts, including Sr. Director of Strategy & Business Administration and Director of New Product Solutions. Amy also worked at Covidien as a Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, and at Tyco Healthcare/Mallinckrodt as a Training Specialist.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on driving growth and innovation in the healthcare industry.

Amy Ryan Toumbalakis attended Mount Holyoke College from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Economics. Amy then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2006 to 2009. In 2001, they also briefly studied Economics and History at the University of Melbourne.
