Michael Malewicz

Michael Malewicz has a wealth of experience in corporate finance and treasury roles. Michael currently serves as the Vice President of Investments and Partnerships at Navitus Health Solutions, where they lead corporate development initiatives and executes mergers and acquisitions transactions. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President - Treasury and Chief Investment Officer at SSM Health, overseeing complex corporate finance functions. Other notable roles include Director of Treasury at City of Hope, Treasurer at Washington Hospital Healthcare System, and Director of Treasury at Quiksilver. Michael has also worked in treasury management positions at Cartridge World Group Holdings Pty Ltd., Swedish Health Services, Srandard Media International, Qualcomm, and The Industrial Bank of Japan Ltd. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting, business valuation, investor relations, and strategic development.

Michael Malewicz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of San Francisco, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996.
