Rachael Kealy, CPhT, has extensive experience in technical operations and customer service within the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Navitus Health Solutions since July 2015. Rachael's progression at Navitus includes roles as an Analyst and Customer Care Specialist III, demonstrating a strong background in government programs. Prior to this, Rachael worked as a Sales Associate at Pandora, focusing on consultative customer sales, and completed an internship with Access Sport, a non-profit organization aimed at providing athletic opportunities for underprivileged children. Rachael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Loras College, obtained in 2015.
