Pav Lally has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Pav began their career as a Paralegal at LUTON LAW CENTRE from August 2011 to April 2012. Pav then moved on to Barclays Corporate Banking where they served as a Senior Fraud Analyst from February 2015 to January 2016. Pav later joined Santander Global Corporate Banking as a Fraud Investigator from February 2016 to November 2016. Following this, they joined Belmont Green Finance Limited as a Senior Compliance and Financial Crime Analyst from November 2016 to May 2020. Pav then transitioned to Ebury, firstly as a Compliance Manager from May 2020 to April 2022, and subsequently, as the Head of Compliance & MLRO from March 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Compliance - UK at Navro (formerly Paytrix) from July 2023 onwards. Throughout their career, Pav has gained significant expertise in compliance, financial crime analysis, fraud investigation, and paralegal work.
Pav Lally obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Brunel University, specializing in Law, between 2009 and 2014.
