Zach Hickson

Zach Hickson is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in commercial sales and operations management. Currently serving as the Regional Commercial Sales Director/SVP at NavSav Insurance, Zach oversees the commercial lines operations across multiple offices in the US. Concurrently, as President and Managing Partner of Universal Group Ltd, Zach manages over $50M in premiums and drives business growth through sales and acquisitions. Previous roles include Regional Senior Executive at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, where strategic account management led to significant territory growth, and Account Executive at Zurich North America, where Zach excelled in sales management and team development. Zach's career began as Indiana Sales Manager at FirstComp Insurance, achieving top sales performance, and includes early experience as a Golf Pro at Prairie View Golf Club. Zach holds a BS in Sport Administration and Business from Ball State University, alongside additional education from PTI School.
