Nigel Thompson

Nigel Thompson has a diverse work experience. Nigel started their career as a Director at Redwood Electronics in 1986. Nigel then joined Microsoft in 1989 as a Software Lead and worked there until 1996. Following that, they served as the CTO for Tribal Voice from 1997 to 2000. Nigel then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Engineer from 2001 to 2008. During their time at HP, they also worked as a Software Architect from 2001 to 2008. After leaving HP, they joined NADTEC as the Owner in 1996. Nigel also worked at NAVSYS Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer from 2008 onwards. Nigel then joined RT Logic in 2010 as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2005, they became self-employed and held positions as an Adjunct staff and retired. Nigel is currently retired.

Nigel Thompson obtained their B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Semiconductor Physics from the University of Southampton, where they studied from 1974 to 1977. Later, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued a D.CS degree in Computer Science at Colorado Technical University.
