Carl Hubbard has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Carl is currently the Founder and VP of Products at Navu, a lead conversion rate optimization cloud service. Carl founded and served as the VP of Products at Slickstream, a visitor engagement optimization service, which was later acquired by CafeMedia/AdThrive. Prior to that, they were the Founder and VP of Products at HivePoint, a startup focused on web technologies. Carl also served as the SVP of Engineering and Operations at Silver Peak Systems, a networking equipment vendor acquired by HP, and as the Founder and VP of Engineering at The Fanfare Group, a software products company acquired by Spirent. Before that, they worked as the VP of Engineering at Turnstone Systems Inc., a hardware and software automation equipment vendor, which had an IPO in 2001. Carl started their career as a Manager of Hardware Engineering at Newbridge Networks and worked as a Hardware Engineer at Nortel Networks.
From 1986 to 1990, Carl Hubbard attended Queen's University where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
