Laura Metz

Laura Metz has an extensive work history with multiple roles and responsibilities. Laura is currently employed at Navvis as the Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Navvis as the Vice President of Enterprise Applications from October 2020 to October 2023, and as the AVP of West Florida Market Operations from March 2020 to October 2020. From January 2017 to February 2020, they held the position of Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Navvis. Before joining Navvis, Laura worked at Orlando Health as the Program Manager of Population Health from July 2015 to October 2016, where they developed and managed multiple voluntary bundled care episodes in the Medicare CMS Bundled Payment for Care Improvement (BPCI) program. Laura also served as the Manager of Sleep Medicine at Orlando Health from July 2011 to July 2015. Prior to that, Laura worked as an Adjunct Professor at Valencia College from January 2013 to July 2014. Laura started their career at Precision Health Concepts as the Technical Director from October 2006 to July 2011, where they administered multiple hospital-based outpatient sleep centers. Laura also worked at Florida Hospital DeLand as a Senior RPSGT from July 2002 to July 2006.

Laura Metz has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Executive Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida. Laura also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Services Administration from the same university. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) in January 2005.
