Tia Marie Fagan

Tia Marie Fagan has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on analytics and patient engagement. Tia Marie currently holds the position of Vice President, Information and Analytics Strategies at Navvis, where they lead teams in clinical analytics and data visualization to provide valuable insights for the organization's client partners. Prior to that, they served as the IT Director, Enterprise Population Health Analytics at Banner Health, overseeing the delivery of self-service data platforms and driving interoperability capabilities. Tia also has a background in patient engagement and strategy, having worked at AdvantageCare Physicians as the Member/Patient Engagement Leader and the Lead Application Systems Analyst for Epic MyChart and Ambulatory Applications. Tia Marie began their career at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where they coordinated care for VIP and Board of Trustees patients and worked on various marketing and research projects. Throughout their career, Tia has demonstrated a strong commitment to leveraging technology and innovation to improve patient outcomes and experiences.

Tia Marie Fagan received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Florida Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2021. Tia Marie also holds additional certifications in healthcare-related software, including Epic Cogito Radar, Epic MyChart, EpicCare Ambulatory, and EpicCare Ambulatory Order Transmittal. Tia Marie Fagan is currently pursuing a Navvis Certified Coreo Professional (NCCP) certification from Navvis.
