Tina Pike

Tina Pike has over 30 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Tina is currently serving as the Senior Vice President Throughput, Client Partner Operations at Navvis, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, Tina worked at Kaufman Hall as the Vice President of Strategy, Planning, and Process Improvement from 2018 to 2021. Tina also held the position of Vice President, Principal Consultant Value Based Care at Conifer Health Solutions from 2016 to 2018. Tina's earlier roles include Senior Manager at The Camden Group from 2014 to 2016, Director of Management Services and Business Solutions at Nexera Consulting from 2010 to 2014, Director of Value Analysis at the University of Rochester Medical Center from 2007 to 2009, and GM/Clinical Director at Hill-Rom from 2003 to 2007. Tina Pike has a diverse education history. Tina obtained Lean Healthcare and Lean Leadership certifications from the University of Michigan College of Engineering in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA and MSN in Healthcare Administration at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in their education, they earned an RN and BSN degree in nursing from Niagara University between 1985 and 1989. Lastly, Tina completed their high school education at Lewiston Porter Central from 1981 to 1985.
