Philip Sepaugh

Philip Sepaugh currently serves as the Vice President of Information Security at Rally Credit Union, a position held since November 2021, where responsibilities include developing strategies to maintain the confidentiality and security of information and systems, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, Philip Sepaugh accumulated extensive experience at the City of Corpus Christi in various positions, including Identity and Access Management Administrator, Information Technology Application Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure Manager, Information Technology Public Safety Manager, IT Program Coordinator, Application Specialist, and Functional Analyst.
